Welcome to my website dedicated to strength and conditioning training! I'm Kuma, and I'm here to help you unlock your full potential through intense and science-based training.

What sparked my interest in strength and conditioning training? Well, I was once a fat kid who endured relentless bullying. Fed up with being out of shape, I took matters into my own hands. I started with crude home workouts, bench pressing and deadlifting my mom's couch. Little did I know, that was just the beginning of an incredible transformation.

A turning point came when I moved to Guam and met a friend who happened to be a gymnast. He looked at me and said, "You're too big to NOT be big." That statement resonated with me, and he took me to the gym for the first time. That was the moment I fell in love with strength and conditioning training.

Fast forward to today—I have over 10 years of experience in this field. I've pursued formal education and certifications to solidify my expertise. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, a Master's in Sport Science, and I am a CSCS certified professional from the NSCA. Currently, I'm pursuing additional certifications to work with more specialized populations because I only want clients who are committed and serious about change.

What sets my training approach apart from others is its foundation in no-nonsense science. I have no time for fluff or excuses. If you're looking for an easy way out, you won't find it here. I am dedicated to working with individuals who are ready to push their limits and achieve exceptional results. My training programs are tough, demanding, and designed to bring out the best in you.

While I haven't worked with celebrities, I've had the privilege of training countless service members and first responders. As someone with deep roots in a military family, I have an inherent interest in their well-being. I believe in ensuring our brave men and women stay physically fit and ready to face any challenge. The same goes for our first responders, particularly firefighters who need to be in top shape to handle their demanding roles. My respect for these professions drives my desire to work with them.

My training philosophy is guided by science and honesty. I rely on peer-reviewed sources, not trendy bro-science found on social media. I believe in providing transparent and evidence-based guidance, free from subjective opinions. This approach ensures that you receive the most effective and efficient training methods available.

To stay at the forefront of the field, I immerse myself in monthly journals and continually pursue further education through NCCA accredited conferences. This commitment allows me to deliver the latest research-backed strategies to help you achieve optimal results.
